❕From April 8th to 10th, an international seminar „Mental Health and Youth“ took place in Bredbeck
❕15 educators and experts from Germany, Poland, and Ukraine collaborated for 3 days.
We are happy, that we
🤗 could bring together such an active team of educators with diverse backgrounds and experiences
🌉 bridged theory basics with practical methods (trust me, in this topic especially it’s not that easy),
🤝 empowered our Likhtar community with active members and new ideas for cooperation.
This seminar is a part of Polish-German-Ukrainian exchange and supported by Deutsch-Polnisches Jugendwerk - Polsko-Niemiecka Współpraca Młodzieży and is a part of Likhtar activities.

Dear colleagues and partners, greetings to all!
We hope that December brings you wonderful festive vibes.
We also hope to continue collaborating on creating outstanding youth projects together.
The end of the year is a good time for summaries, and we want to share a small booklet that contains a lot of valuable information about youth exchanges during times of war. Our experience in Bredbeck, the experience of our colleagues and partners are compiled in this booklet in a concise and accessible format.
For now, we are sharing the English version, and in early January, we will share the file in Ukrainian, Polish, and German languages.
Let’s meet up 🙋🏻♂️
Sometimes it’s not easy to involve groups of young people into discussion - so I will share some methods how do that for sure.
So, the best facilitating methods for educators - that’s our next topic. Also we will talk how to create space for young people to talk about difficult topics, like war and personal experience through it.
And of course, networking and nice exchange with colleagues - we always have time for that too
