From May 15 to 21, 2023, young people from Germany, Poland, and Ukraine met at Blockhaus Ahlhorn to create a unique theatrical performance under neon lights named as "Luminous Resurgence". This meeting was organized by Blockhaus Ahlhorn, Liceum Ogólnoksztálące nr VII im. Wandy Szuman VII LO w Toruniu and Lyceum "Maximum" of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council.

Throughout the days, the young people learned and discovered new art forms through the combination of dance and light in theater. Participants had the opportunity to learn dance techniques, costume design, and experiment with lighting. This project aimed to increase the cultural awareness of the participants and bring new ideas to the field of art. During the youth exchange, the participants shared their experiences and were also able to develop the skills of working in an intercultural team. This created a positive effect on the construction of an international dialogue among the youth of the three participating countries. "U" stood for United, and "V" stood for We. They were united because art united various people around it.

"Luminous Resurgence" is an awe-inspiring and captivating performance that comes alive under the enchanting glow of ultraviolet light. This mesmerizing spectacle merges the realms of art, technology, and human expression to create an immersive experience like no other. From the moment the UV lights are switched on, a world of luminescence and enchantment unfolds before your eyes. UV lights cut through the darkness, tracing intricate patterns in your mind and casting luminous shadows that dance along with the performers. UV-reactive paints create an ever-changing kaleidoscope of colors, flowing and morphing in synchrony with the music and choreography.

The soundtrack of "Luminous Resurgence" is a symphony of melodic compositions, pulsating beats, and ambient sounds that transport the audience to an ethereal realm. All music tracks performed by Ukrainian musician ONUKA (a renowned singer who has gained international acclaim for her unique fusion of contemporary electronic music with traditional Ukrainian folk elements).

"Luminous Resurgence" is not merely a performance; it's a celebration of creativity, innovation, and the indomitable human spirit. It serves as a reminder that even in the darkest times, light has the power to illuminate our path and bring forth a vibrant resurgence of hope and joy.
